About The Position
A time-limited full-time Research Scientist (Staff) position is available in the laboratory of Dr. Bong Sook Jhun at the Heart Institute, Hypertension and Kidney Research Center, Department of Molecular Pharmacology & Physiology, Morsani College of Medicine, University of South Florida (USF) Health. The Jhun Lab is seeking a highly self-motivated individual for a Research Scientist (Staff) position to join her team of researchers studying the roles of mitochondrial fission/fusion and calcium dynamics in the healthy and diseased heart, using isolated cardiac mitochondria, primary cells, tissues, and in vivo animal models.
