About The Position

Corvid Technologies is seeking a highly talented Research Scientist responsible for the research and development of weapons systems and related applications. The role requires innovative and independent thinking within a collaborative team environment, focusing on solving diverse and multifaceted problems ranging from mechanical to computational aspects. The Research Scientist will start with a problem, create concept solutions, and develop prototypes for testing.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
• Experience in experimental work and computational tools.
• Proficiency in prototyping using Python or other interpreted languages.
• Fluency in C or FORTRAN is desirable.

Nice To Haves

• Background in Mechatronics, Embedded Systems, Flight Vehicles, RF Design, AI/ML.
• Experience with simulation and design skills.
• Innovative and independent thinking.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and development of weapons systems and related applications.
