Requirements

• Masters in Biology/Chemistry with 2+ years in bioinformatics, cell/molecular biology, biochemistry, computational biology or a related field with strong background in biology or chemistry
• General understanding of skin biology
• Hands on experience with human skin cell/tissue culture (keratinocytes, fibroblasts, skin equivalents and explants)
• Experience with bioinformatics, chemical informatics or computational modeling projects
• Experience with programming languages and database tools such as Python, R, C++, SQL
• Knowledge of computational models and machine learning

Nice To Haves

• Ph.D. in bioinformatics, cell/molecular biology, biochemistry, computational biology or a related field with 2+ yrs of experience
• Experience in computation modeling such as QSAR, molecular docking, or other prediction models
• Strong problem-solving skills, project management and execution skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver in vitro and ex vivo scientific discovery programs related to skin health, and aging
• Develop and assess AI-based molecular biology and modeling to support skin health business and research
• Collaborate with internal and external teams at developing AI-based tools and services
• Extract meaningful biological insights from various tools/methods developed collaborate to validate results
• Interpret findings through presentation and data visualizations to internal partners and contribute to scientific publications.
