Research Scientist RN - Hybrid The registered nurse in this position assumes responsibility for: Leading caregivers in the integration and translation of research findings into practice. Leading nursing and interprofessional research studies within the region, service area, and ministries as requested. Teaching and leading innovative educational programs to support a culture of inquiry, including the practices of quality improvement and the use of evidence, and with a primary focus on nursing and patient care research. Planning, organizing, developing, directing, coordinating and evaluating the human and material resources necessary to support completion of research studies led or co-led by registered nurses, with interprofessional teams. Teaching and coaching mentors and research teams in the dissemination of study results. Collaborating with, instructing, and leading system, regional, service area, and ministry research councils and teams.
