About The Position
The Research Scientist I, reporting to the Director of Upstream Process Development, will support the Process Development team by identifying, evaluating, and implementing new and existing technologies to improve process efficiency, control, and understanding. This role involves developing scalable AAV vector manufacturing processes using AskBio’s proprietary Pro10™ cell line. This role also involves designing and executing experiments for preclinical and clinical programs, applying Quality by Design (QbD) principles to generate high-quality datasets. This position will be based at AskBio's headquarters facility in Research Triangle Park (Durham), North Carolina.
