We are seeking a Research Science Engineer to develop advanced semiconductor technologies, including wide-band-gap materials like Gallium Nitride (GaN) for high-performance power applications. The role involves device design, simulation, characterization, and process optimization to enable next-generation solutions.

Requirements

  • BS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science
  • MS/PhD preferred
  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor device physics and fabrication processes.
  • Hands-on experience in lab measurements and data analysis
  • Familiarity with TCAD , Cadence , and reliability testing.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with GaN technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform TCAD simulations
  • device testing, and data analysis.
  • Design and layout test structures using Cadence tools.
  • Conduct electrical characterization with analyzers (e.g., Keysight B1500 ).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technology qualification and product integration.
