As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent, as well as building a talent pipeline. In this full-life cycle recruiting role, you will be the key contact for hiring managers, partnering with HR Business Partners to meet organizational talent needs. You will consult with hiring managers on all aspects of the talent acquisition process, including recruitment strategy, candidate selection, compensation recommendations, and offer presentation. This position involves full-life cycle recruiting across multiple organizational levels and locations, and it is located in the Richmond, VA office, requiring 5 days a week in the office.
