About The Position

The Program Manager will plan the execution and monitor the completion of complex assigned clinical research protocols. This position will maintain an excellent working knowledge of assigned protocols to ensure the validity of the clinical research data and to verify patient eligibility. Responsibilities include abstracting, assembling, and organizing research data while monitoring adherence to the clinical protocol. When appropriate this position will enter clinical findings into a study-related database. This position will also be responsible for preparing for and participating in audits of assigned studies by sponsor/industry and governmental auditors. This position will work closely with the physician principal investigator, clinical trial sponsor, and the study team. Support the financial goals of the company by being fiscally responsible in all areas, including staffing and purchasing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of two years experience in healthcare and research.
  • Knowledge of FDA regulatory requirements.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Detailed skills are essential.
  • Energetic, self-starter, problem solver.
  • Professional writing and communication skills for interaction with physicians, monitors and sponsors.
  • Resourceful person with heightened analytical abilities.
  • Valid Florida Drivers License for travel to clinics.

  • Familiarity with clinical trial protocols.
