As the Research Program Leader, you’ll be a vital part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team supporting innovative research programs across the university. The Research Program Leader oversees complex research operations, providing leadership in strategy, compliance, data quality, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate, and implement research and administrative strategies.
  • Manage full project lifecycles including initiation, planning, execution, and closeout.
  • Oversee program operations, budgets, communications, and resource needs.
  • Mentor, train, and guide research staff.
  • Serve as primary liaison for internal and external partners.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional, federal, and international regulatory guidelines.
  • Contribute to scientific proposals, manuscripts, and program development.
  • Lead data quality, data integrity, and data security initiatives.
  • Provide expertise in FDA processes, IND/IDE documentation, and international requirements.
  • Support recruitment and retention planning across research programs.
  • Facilitate program meetings and maintain proactive communication across teams.
