New opportunity at MUSC/Florence, SC for a full-time Research Program Assistant! Onsite/Days M-F/8-5. As a Research Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting and contributing to our innovative research programs. You will assist with the planning and coordination of research projects and programs, collaborate with research team members to develop project timelines and goals, conduct literature reviews and gather relevant research materials, and help maintain accurate and up-to-date records of research data. Additionally, you will assist with data entry and analysis using appropriate software and tools, support the preparation and submission of research proposals and grant applications, coordinate and schedule meetings, presentations, and events related to research programs, and collaborate with other departments and external partners to facilitate research collaborations. You will also maintain and organize research equipment and supplies, ensure compliance with ethical and safety standards in research protocols, communicate with study participants and assist with recruitment and informed consent processes, assist with the preparation of research reports and presentations, attend and participate in research team meetings and provide updates on project progress, and stay updated on current developments and advancements in the field of research.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • One year work experience; or high school diploma (or equivalent) and 2 to 4 years' work experience
