We are seeking a Research Program Analyst who will lead a specialized function in a research program that may include data management planning, research design, data driven program evaluation, optimizing funding opportunities and/or other technical duties that contribute to the quality and advancement of the research. In Addition to the Duties Above The Research Program analyst will lead the qualitative research component of several federal, state, and foundation-funded grants that focus on adolescent health and wellbeing, primarily with youth in Baltimore City and the surrounding areas. This position will be part of a team of researchers, led by two faculty members in the Department of Mental Health, whose work broadly focuses on adolescent mental health, particularly in the context of school-based interventions. In addition to leading the qualitative research components of the team research portfolio, the person in this role will also serve as a youth engagement coordinator, which involves assisting with the establishment and maintenance of both project-specific youth advisory boards and the youth advisory board for the Center for Adolescent Health.
