About The Position

The Baldridge lab is seeking talented and motivated individuals to join our growing team in the Division of Genetics and Genomic Medicine of the Department of Pediatrics. We study the genetic basis of rare disorders and use cutting edge functional genomics techniques to test the effects of clinically observed variants. We develop and execute high throughput cell-based assays to study mechanisms of disease pathogenesis. We also use genome sequencing and informatics approaches to improve clinical care. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.

Nice To Haves

  • Candidates with prior experience in cell biology, molecular biology, or related fields, and who hold at least a bachelor’s degree are encouraged to apply.
  • Molecular biology, cell biology, imaging/microscopy, and/or flow cytometry expertise.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work with cell culture systems.
