About The Position

There is a research opportunity in the laboratory of David H. Gutmann, MD, PhD, director of the WashU Neurofibromatosis Center. We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join a vibrant research team focused on understanding why children develop brain tumors. Our laboratory uses a combination of novel genetically engineered mice and human induced pluripotent stem cells to determine the reasons underlying pediatric brain tumor formation and progression, identify risk factors for brain tumor formation, and discover new therapies for these common childhood cancers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education.
  • No specific certification/professional license is required for this position.
  • No specific work experience is required for this position.
  • A driver's license is not required for this position.
