The incumbent will contribute to several projects, including drug screening for Alzheimer’s disease (AD), studying the roles of adult neurogenesis in AD, and elucidating the effects of exercise factors on AD using three‑dimensional (3D) cell culture systems. The role requires strong interest in the project, self‑motivation, and initiative. Prior experience with cell culture, immunostaining, and basic biochemical techniques is preferred but not required. Responsible for maintaining laboratory equipment, organizing and preparing samples, conducting experiments, and recording and analyzing data. Candidates who are in the process of completing their bachelor's degree have a grace period of six months from their hire date (up to 1 year if starting per diem) to provide degree equivalency verification.
