As the Research Intern at Washington State University within the Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine, you will perform investigative and laboratory work in support of research on rodent models of behavior and neurodevelopmental disorders. You will be responsible for supervising, breeding, and caring for rodents. You will work on research projects to study behavior of wild type and transgenic mice. Additionally, you will conduct experiments, collect and analyze samples, and assist with laboratory operations and maintenance. Participation in lab meetings, discussions, and related duties as assigned by the (Principal Investigator) PI is also expected. This is a 1-year fixed appointment. Renewal is contingent on project needs and available funding.
