About The Position

Assists with a wide variety of activities in the provision of research and clinical trials support as directed by the research team.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field program or completed a bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field; completion of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Conflict of Interest Course from CITI Program
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and unexpected situations
• Ability to develop new skills and approach change with a positive attitude
• Ability to learn and be coached
• Written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates compliance with Code of Conduct and compliance policies and takes action to resolve compliance questions or concerns and report suspected violations.
• Provides effective support to activities as delegated by the research team and in compliance with medical center licensing and accreditation standards.
• Maintains equipment and appearance of the treatment areas.
• Provides thorough, timely, legible, and consistent documentation as appropriate.
• Assists with workflow as applicable (data entry, print documents, file, schedule appointments, meet with patients and healthcare providers, etc.).
• Participates in special department projects programs as assigned.
• Facilitates communication and coordination to maximize positive outcomes.
• Responds positively, appropriately, and in a timely fashion to all communications including patients, co-workers, supervisors, other departments, physicians, etc.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
