Research Intern - Bioinformatics & Computational Biology

The Research Intern position in Dr. Zheng's research group at the Bioinformatics and Computational Biology department of MD Anderson Cancer Center is designed to train junior researchers in constructing statistical models and computational tools to tackle biomedical challenges. Interns will work with advanced single-cell multi-omics profiling technology, gaining hands-on experience in processing large genomic datasets and developing computational pipelines for data quality checks, normalization, batch removal, and genomic feature detection. The role aims to connect molecular profiling with clinical treatment, leading to impactful research findings.
