The utilization of data and evidence-based recommendations will be evaluated to incorporate research into clinical practice guidelines and protocols. We are looking for someone experienced in project facilitation and quality improvement initiatives as well as a background clinical and/or research roles. Summary Collaborate with clinicians and administrators to identify the most relevant research questions based on local patient needs and practice challenges. Job Description Collaborate with HSD/research using the Research Executive Committee (REC) to assist in identifying the most relevant research questions and projects based on strategies, patient needs and practice challenges. Facilitate recruitment, sample collection and analysis. Connect clinicians, clinical research staff and scientists. Support multidisciplinary teams including clinicians, researchers, data scientists and administrators to facilitate research projects and knowledge translation. Schedule and lead planning meetings for research/clinician/data scientist teams and identified by REC. Aid in the development of accessible formats (PubMed Summaries, clinical summaries, practice alerts, and educational modules) to share research findings with clinicians. Use robust data collection systems (including registries) to monitor impact on patient outcomes. Aid the Principal investigator in developing evidence-based recommendations and facilitate the incorporation of research into clinical practice guidelines and protocols. Involve patients in research design and dissemination of results to ensure relevance and promote uptake of evidence-based practices. Link research findings to quality improvement projects to monitor and evaluate the impact of practice changes based on research evidence. Advise on and provide structure for Clinical Registries as prioritized by Markets. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in applicable field required.
