Responsibilities include analysis of financial transactions for multiple programs and fund sources by use of computerized reports to ensure compliance in accordance with accepted accounting principles and grant and contract state, private, and federal laws, rules and regulations. Incumbent must have ability to juggle multiple projects and work independently, as well as with others, in a collaborative, often fast-paced, team environment. Incumbent will maintain a customer-oriented awareness in acknowledging and responding to needs as they occur to assure that customer satisfaction is always met through respectful and tactful communication. Incumbent must demonstrate initiative, sound judgment, and the tenacity to see tasks through to completion, processing strong interpersonal skills, tolerance, and flexibility. This position will receive direct supervision from the Associate Director of Grants and Contracts. Work hours are generally Monday through Friday from 8:00 to 4:30PM. Additional hours may be required. Regular attendance is required to perform the functions of this position.
