About The Position

The Department of Electrical and Computer Systems Engineering at Monash University is seeking a motivated Level A Research Fellow for a 2 year research-only appointment. A Level A research-only academic is expected to contribute to the University’s research effort while developing their research expertise through the pursuit of defined research projects relevant to their discipline. This position requires a strong understanding of analogue and RF integrated circuit (IC) design. The successful candidate will contribute to research focused on radar and RF sensing systems, including the design and development of integrated circuits for radar RF applications.
The successful candidate will work within a collaborative research environment and contribute to advancing innovative radar sensing technologies.

Requirements

• strong understanding of analogue and RF integrated circuit (IC) design

Responsibilities

• Designing analogue/RF integrated circuits for radar RF systems
• Contributing to the development of radar and RF IC components
• Supporting radar signal processing and RF circuit development activities
• Conducting data collection and advanced signal analysis to ensure accurate sensing using radar sensors
