About The Position

This role is about investigating the fundamental questions of intelligence, knowledge and understanding in order to develop software with human level intelligence. You will collaborate internally and externally with other researchers, and be supported by a team of research engineers.

Requirements

• A highly accomplished machine learning researcher with a track record of high-quality papers at top conferences like NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, or equivalent accomplishments in industry.
• Ability to create and clarify research questions.
• Experience in coordinating research programs.
• Comfortable running machine learning experiments.
• Strong communication skills to articulate ideas and intuitions.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with RL methods for LLMs.
• Knowledge in code verification and test generation.
• Improvements to chain of thought in AI.
• Familiarity with decoding time algorithms for LLMs.
• Experience in synthetic data generation.
• Understanding of language model interfaces to code.

Responsibilities

• Investigate fundamental questions of intelligence, knowledge, and understanding.
