The Research and Development Systems Coordinator position is all encompassing of the R&D department. The primary responsibility is the specifications that are overseen by the R&D department, internal specs, cold storage specs, and raw material specs. This position also handles the day to day accounting functions and purchasing needs of R&D. Maintaining files for HACCP documentation, ingredients, pilot plant supplies. Daily clerical work and assisting with data input for projects into our Salesforce Project Management system. Basic understanding of plant processes to help write specs and perform product cuttings with the R&D Team.
