The Research and Development (R&D) Technician is responsible for assisting Food Technologists, Food Scientists, and Chefs with product development projects by following written and oral direction ensuring correct and accurate sample preparation and shipping and operating laboratory and pilot plant equipment properly and safely. Other responsibilities include weighing and measuring with accuracy recording data and other duties that may arise.
