About The Position

The R&D Manager will oversee the research and development efforts focused on enhancing lithium-ion battery performance, with a specific focus on chemical formulation. Requirements

  • Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of proven experience in lithium-ion battery R&D, with a focus on chemical formulation.
  • Strong understanding of patenting processes and intellectual property management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage an agile R&D team.
