Position will provide comprehensive pre-award and post-award research support to faculty and research staff within the College of Education and Human Ecology (EHE). This position works collaboratively with principal investigators (PIs), research teams, and university partners to strengthen grant competitiveness, ensure compliance, and support successful project implementation. Develops and implements a series of training programs related to research administration and facilitates collaborative research efforts. This includes online and in-person workshops and training on all aspects of grant writing, proposal development and management, and post-award. Will mentor and contribute to the writing of applications for individual faculty members and research staff in order to complete and submit external grant applications. Will assist PIs with post-award activities including IRB applications, reporting and modifications, hiring, purchasing and travel. Provides leadership and assistance during pre-award and post-award phases including assisting with the development of large interdisciplinary proposals. Other duties as assigned.
