The Coordinator, R&D Documentation is responsible for maintaining the flow of both electronic and hard-copied controlled documents, department files, and resource materials. This role involves creating, logging, tracking, and managing documentation related to raw materials, chemical bill of materials, and batch records/cards. The position requires collaboration with internal departments, external subcontractors, and service providers to ensure accurate and timely documentation processes. The Coordinator must maintain confidentiality and be able to identify problems, recommend solutions, and implement corrective actions.
