About The Position
Peer Assistance Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Research and Data Specialist to support our mission of prevention and intervention for substance use and mental health concerns. This position involves designing data collection instruments, managing data collection processes, and analyzing data using statistical software. The Specialist will utilize analytical tools and organizational databases, such as RecoveryTrek and the agency Learning Management System, to analyze trends and patterns related to program participant compliance. Responsibilities also include organizing and synthesizing data from multiple sources, performing data cleanup and manipulation, and providing research documentation and program analysis as required by contracting funders. The Specialist will collaborate with management staff to discuss findings and develop reports for external publications, including the agency's annual report and quarterly regulatory reports.
