Under general direction of the Research Data Supervisor II, Performance Evaluation Team, Quality Management (QM) Section, the Research Data Specialist II is responsible for the more complex data analyses, business intelligence reports, data models, and resolving data integrity concerns in order improve the effectiveness and efficiency of data analytics work within CCHCS. This position is located in the Quality Management Section. With the understanding that patient safety is the fundamental responsibility of every individual within the correctional health care delivery system, the Quality Management Section strives to support continuous evaluation and positive change in order to improve patient outcomes, cost effectiveness and efficiencies, and support the delivery of safe patient care.
