We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Research Data Associate, Per Diem. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Per Diem Research Data Associate to assist with data entry for a research study. This position is for a limited time period and plays a crucial role in supporting the accurate and timely collection, organization, and entry of research data. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates strong organizational and computer skills. This 100% remote position is only open to candidates that permanently reside in the following states: New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Delaware, Maryland, Washington DC, North Carolina, Minnesota, Georgia, Florida, Colorado, Utah, California, Oregon and Washington.

Requirements

• Associate's degree plus one year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer literate with good interpersonal, writing and verbal communication skills.
• Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

Nice To Haves

• Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) Certification is preferred (required in some disciplines).
• Knowledge of basic medical terminology is preferred.
• Experience working in an Academic Medical Center Preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and efficient data entry from study-related materials into research databases and spreadsheets.
• Verify and validate entered data against source documents to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Follow established protocols and guidelines for data handling to comply with study requirements and confidentiality standards.
• Identify and report discrepancies or errors in data and collaborate with team members to resolve issues.
• Maintain proper documentation of research data according to study requirements.
• Assist in organizing and managing research files, records, and materials.
• Facilitate other research study-related tasks as needed to support the research team.
