About The Position

The Research Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the successful implementation of research programs by coordinating day-to-day project activities. This position performs a range of research, administrative, and coordination functions to support project execution, monitoring, and reporting. The role assists project leadership with organizing, collecting, and managing research data; ensures compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements; and collaborates with internal departments and external partners. The Research Coordinator participates in project meetings and contributes to research and scholarly activities associated with assigned initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years Relevant experience in research and/or program dissemination, inclusive of work within an undergraduate research lab or program
  • Lift and carry 25 lbs.
  • frequent sitting/standing
  • frequent keyboard use
  • patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, manage, and support data collection processes; assist with compiling, summarizing, and reporting data for internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate and collaborate with statewide and external partners to support project goals, timelines, and implementation activities.
  • Prepare, submit, and maintain required regulatory documentation, including IRB protocols, continuing reviews, amendments, and reports, in coordination with project leadership.
  • Participate in regular project meetings and provide administrative and logistical support to project leadership.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, publications, and grant-related materials as needed.
