About The Position

Manage and negotiate clinical trial agreements and related contracts to ensure compliance with institutional and federal guidelines. Serve as liaison between research teams, legal, and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in legal studies, healthcare, business administration, finance, accounting, or research-related field OR paralegal certification.
• Minimum 3 years' experience reviewing, writing, editing, and negotiating contracts, preferably in an academic or medical setting.
• Strong experience in sponsor contract negotiation (grants experience a plus).
• Familiarity with clinical trial agreements, regulatory compliance, and grant administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe, and DocuSign.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting research teams in Heart, Lung, Vascular, Digestive Health, and Orthopedics.
