About The Position
Perform bioinformatics to integrate various omics data (i.e.. proteomics, metabolomics, etc.) to identify mechanisms of action with respect to nutrition-modified biological outcomes involving in vitro/in vivo studies into a systems biology framework.Support the writing of manuscripts involving bioinformatics data interpretation to identify affected molecular pathways by various nutrition interventions.
Requirements
- PhD required.
- Extensive experience in bioinformatics involving metabolomic and proteonomic data sets and their integration into molecular pathways by various nutrition interventions.
- Authorized to work in Canada
- Willing to work in the province of Quebec at the campus where the position is based / located.
- English communication both verbally and in writing.
