About The Position

The Research Associate will support the activities of the Science & Innovation department and will play an important role in assisting with the management of clinical trails execution, the coordination of projects with external partners and support projects management tasks to ensure timely execution and data management with team members. The Research Associate will participate in the Science team's activities to support internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Health, Nutrition, Pharmaceutical, Food, Biomedical or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of professional R&D experience
  • Experience in clinicl study conduct/ organization
  • Excellent level of written and oral English skills
  • Experience in clinical research, preclinical research, or nutritional science

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with peptide/ protein biology is a plus
  • Experience with statistics is a plus
  • Knowledge of good clinical practices is a plus
  • Experience with JD Edward, Longview, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Power Point and Excel

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and administer clinical study projects with CRO's under the supervision of the Senior Principal Scientist
  • Liaise with CRO on project execution and provide appropriate support
  • Build and maintain document/files in compliance with study protocols and project management processes
  • Support development, implementation and validation of required science approaches
  • Contribute to literature reviews to stay updated on the latest research in nutrition and health
  • Help with technical reports and product specifications preparation
  • Montor scientific trends and advancements
