Requirements

  • Pursuing a masters program in Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, or similar and graduating by June 2026
  • Please note: At this time, this role is only open to entry-level candidates with less than a year of professional experience (this does not include internships/co-ops)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with qualitative (and some quantitative) research methods, along with knowledge of when, why, and how to apply them.
  • We value your ability to be creative when thinking about the research problem you're trying to solve.
  • Proficient in data management and data analysis.
  • We will look for engaging techniques for sharing research insights.

Responsibilities

  • Report to a Research Manager and conduct generative and evaluative research to help improve our products and platforms.
  • Partner with teams such as product management, design, marketing, data science, and engineering to influence product and platform decisions and direction.
  • Collaborate with other research specialities to bring depth to your insights.
  • Communicate research insights in credible, creative ways to help teams understand the needs of our customers.
