This role is designed for an eager, flexible scientist who wants to build a strong foundation in Molecular Biology. Your primary focus will be building an antibodies library through high-volume cloning and PCR workflows

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Molecular Biology, Chemistry, or related field with 1-2 years of hands-on academic or industry lab experience OR Master’s Degree in Molecular Biology/Chemistry
• Hands‑on experience with PCR, cloning and sequence analysis
• Knowledge of microbiology techniques including yeast and mammalian cell culture
• Familiarity with Molecular Cloning (restriction digestion, ligation, transformation)
• Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective organizational and time‑management skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced environment and collaborate effectively

Responsibilities

• Library Construction: Execute DNA fragment assembly, purification, digestion, and cloning into vectors
• PCR Execution: Perform PCR protocols daily, demonstrating a strong understanding of the underlying principles (not just following a recipe)
• Cell Culture: Work with yeast, bacteria and mammalian cells for growth, transformation and RNA extraction
• Process Rigor: Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and protocols with precision. Monitor acceptance criteria for all assays.
• Learning & Growth: Train under senior scientists to master diverse cloning methods and molecular techniques.
