About The Position

EvolveImmune Therapeutics is seeking a Research Associate in In Vivo Pharmacology to support the development of novel trispecific T cell engagers aimed at enhancing anti-tumor immunity. This role involves working in a state-of-the-art laboratory environment, focusing on in vivo studies and drug discovery processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cell biology and animal handling, and will be passionate about translating scientific discoveries into therapeutic applications.

Requirements

• B.S./B.A. degree in biology or a related field.
• 3+ years of cell biology laboratory skills and experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand various cancer cell lines using sterile tissue culture techniques according to study protocols and timelines.
• Train with the head of in vivo pharmacology and team members to support procedures required to stage and execute in vivo studies in compliance with IACUC procedures and guidelines.
• Assist with in vivo tumor cell engraftment, adoptive immune cell transfer, and blood and tissue harvest for cell, RNA, and protein profiling.
• Assist with drug administration via intraperitoneal (IP), intratracheal (IT), intranasal (IN), and tail intravenous (IV) routes.
• Perform in vivo measurements including mouse body weight and Caliper-based tumor volume measurements.
• Keep detailed records of experiments in electronic notebooks, analyze data, and prepare and deliver presentations to research team members.
