The Position Research Associate III The Opportunity Experimental Design & Execution: Leads the end-to-back research process by designing complex protocols, executing bench experiments, and performing in-depth data analysis to solve multifaceted technical problems. Expertise & Process Improvement: Acts as a recognized subject matter expert who trains others, troubleshoots systemic issues, and identifies opportunities to optimize laboratory workflows and quality standards. Documentation & IP Management: Maintains meticulous records and technical reports while identifying findings with potential for patents or professional publication. Strategic Judgment: Exercises high-level autonomy by selecting appropriate methodologies and evaluation criteria within broadly defined policies to achieve project goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitates communication across organizational groups and participates in multidisciplinary teams to support project planning and failure investigations. Relocation benefits are not offered for this job posting. The expected salary range for this position based on Arizona is 69 700,00 - 129 400,00 USD Annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Requirements
