Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Science related field required.
  • 1 year of hands-on research experience is required.
  • Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in science related field.
  • Familiarity with general laboratory techniques.
  • Experience in culturing mammalian cell lines and other molecular biology techniques such as western blotting, RNA interference, DNA cloning.

Responsibilities

  • Working on projects related to mass spectrometry based proteomics, drug discovery, and signaling studies and analysis of cancer.
  • Participating in planning and collecting data as well as maintaining detailed records and processing and analyzing data.
  • Involved in regular meetings with PI and other team members to evaluate and interpret the validity of data.
  • Expected to present data at team meetings.
