About The Position

Provide research services by independently designing and conducting a wide range of experiments, recording data, and preparing documentation requiring expertise in the application and adaptation of numerous research techniques and procedures. This position is grant funded and considered at-will employment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in writing proposals for research grants and program evaluation contracts; conduct awarded activities.
  • Prepare reports for funding agencies as prescribed in grant/contract proposals.
  • Collect, clean, analyze and interpret data from research and evaluation projects.
  • Create data dashboards and other visualizations using Excel, REDCap and other proprietary programs to evaluate the impact of programmatic activities.
  • Research literature to define additional research needs, perform specific methodologies related to health and social sciences and assist with writing manuscripts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure community feedback is considered in research and evaluation activities.
  • Travel to collect information to design, perform and present results of research, and learn new methodology.
  • Other duties as assigned.
