About The Position

Requirements

  • 2+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 1+ year of related experience with a Master's degree.
  • Preferred experience in molecular signaling, cancer biology, leukemia research, and extensive murine studies.
  • Experience in immunology is an advantage.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in drug development and identifying therapeutic targets.
  • Familiarity with genetic and epigenetic biomarkers in cancer research.

Responsibilities

  • Perform experimental procedures related to leukemia and cancer biology research.
  • Manage data, analyze results, and report findings.
  • Write scientific papers for publication in high-impact journals.
  • Collaborate with the Principal Investigator (PI) and team members to conduct experiments both in vitro and in vivo.
  • Utilize in vitro skills such as aseptic techniques, cell culture, western blot, RNA/DNA extraction, protein extraction, RT-qPCR, seahorse analysis, northern blot, bacterial transformation, cloning, and lentivirus production.
  • Utilize in vivo skills including various routes of administration, blood collection, and organ harvesting.
