About The Position
We are seeking a Research Associate to join our Platform Biology team to develop and execute a suite of assays to screen novel therapeutic antibodies. The successful candidate will contribute to antibody characterization, therapeutic lead selection, and project strategy with the intent to move innovative medicines from hit to candidate nomination. In collaboration with other scientific and technical staff, the candidate will provide laboratory and technical expertise and execute experiments to assess the function of novel biologics. The successful candidate will have demonstrated a sustained track record of being an impactful and collaborative research associate, who is comfortable in a fast-paced research start-up environment.
