About The Position
A Research Associate 1 (RA1) position is available to join the LSUHSC Stanley S. Scott Cancer Center to work in Dr. Charles Wood’s laboratory. The RA1 will perform general duties including but, not limited to, general animal care, supply ordering, lab maintenance, cell culture experiments, assays, Western Blots, RT- PCR , ELISA and other molecular and cell biology analyses. Successful candidates must be able to work with a high degree of self-motivation. Bench research experience is highly desired but not required.
