The Department of Chemical Engineering is seeking a full-time Research Assistant for the Grossmann research lab. Requirements
- MS in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Interdisciplinary strength in Process Systems Engineering
- A strong research record including academic experience
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Highly motivated and creative, enjoys working in a collaborative research environment
- A combination of education and relevant experience from which comparable knowledge is demonstrated may be considered.

Responsibilities
- Follow research plans in order to collect, record, and manipulate research data.
- Maintains accurate and detailed research records and files.
- May test software prototypes.
- May interact with research subjects in order to perform job functions.
- Performs basic data analysis in order to product reports.
- Documents results and processes.
- Performs library research and field explorations.
- Performs related duties as assigned.
