About The Position
The Research Assistant will assist on the project “Exploring Cypriot Narratives of Migration” under a limited term based on funding. The possibility of an extension depends on performance and fund availability.
Requirements
- Little to minimal prior experience.
- Ability to learn new processes quickly.
Responsibilities
- Help code anonymized data through an application of Root Narrative Analysis
- Maintain notes on coding decisions
- Potentially help produce the coding protocols for the study (depending on methodological and subject matter expertise level)
- Help with the literature review for the study
- Conduct the following on a recurring basis
- Review anonymized data and code along root narrative categories adopted by the study’s protocol
- In the absence of above, review extant studies on Cypriot attitudes towards migrants and migration.
