Description KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The Research Assistant (RA) will conduct approximately forty (40) 60-minute Zoom interviews with healthcare providers between late March and May (approximately 40 hours total of interview time). Additional responsibilities include coordinating and sending participant e-gift cards, attending training and project meetings, uploading and organizing audio/transcripts, cleaning transcripts, and managing qualitative data analysis in MAXQDA. The RA will serve as a qualitative coder alongside the PI to support codebook development, analytic triangulation, and intercoder agreement. Flexible, self-directed scheduling is available. The project is expected to conclude by June/July. Manuscript co-authorship opportunities are available if desired. Additional qualitative research assistant opportunities may be available for candidates interested in extending hours or continuing work beyond this project. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor's degree in a scientific field. NOTE: Tasks related to this position can be performed remotely with only occasional visits to an Emory University location.
