KUMC Research Assistant will support multiple projects aimed to serve families of autistic children and the systems that support them. This will include the Online and Applied System for intervention Skills (OASIS) Training Program, and the development of a train-the-trainer model of our OASIS Training, the development and establishment of a statewide resource center for families of autistic children in and out of the foster system, and educational events focused on preventing Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs). The Research Assistant will be cross trained to support each of these projects as a part of the larger research team. Duties may include creating dissemination materials, event coordination, activity facilitation, recruitment, and data collection and analysis. The Research Assistant will also assist with any additional grant-related and research activities including grant proposal writing, survey development and dissemination, and other project activities.
