About The Position

Baptist Health South Florida is seeking a Clinical Research Assistant to support Clinical Research Coordinators with various administrative functions related to clinical trials. The role involves performing a variety of research, database, and clerical duties, including collecting and organizing patient data for entry into multiple platforms, creating data collection tools, performing EKGs, and ensuring quality control of data entered into different Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS). The estimated pay range for this position is $20.94 - $25.34 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Associates degree is required.
• In lieu of degree, 2 years of research experience is required.
• Basic Life Support certification is required.
• Collaboration Institute Training Initial certification is required.
• Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office is necessary.
• Proven ability to manage multiple assignments systematically is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and team-building skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-demand environment and meet deadlines is necessary.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

Nice To Haves

• Medical terminology experience preferred.
