About The Position

Advocates for Human Potential (AHP) has an immediate opening for a Research Assistant I to join our team of leading researchers in behavioral health studies. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about contributing to research that impacts behavioral health and who thrive in a collaborative environment. The successful candidate will work closely with senior researchers and will be involved in various aspects of research projects, including data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, public health, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in behavioral health research
  • Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools
  • Previous experience in a research assistant role

Responsibilities
