About The Position
Design, synthesize and evaluate GGPPS inhibitors. Interpret structural data, such as X-ray crystallography and Cryo-EM.
Requirements
- Critical thinking.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- PhD in Medicinal Chemistry.
- Strong background in organic synthesis of heterocyclic compounds and bisphosphonates.
- Excellent writing skills for drafting publications and previous experience in doing so in high-impact journals.
- Significant knowledge in cancer biology of hematological malignancies, such as acute myeloid leukemia.
- Authorized to work in Canada and willing to work in the province of Quebec at the campus where the position is based / located.
- English communication both verbally and in writing.
