Our people—over 63,000 graduates and thousands of staff—are united by a vision to improve the human condition through education, research and clinical excellence. We are now seeking a Research and Graduate Research Projects Coordinator to play a pivotal role in advancing the Faculty’s research and graduate research priorities. In this dynamic and influential role, you will coordinate specialised projects and strategic initiatives that support the Faculty’s research and graduate research portfolios. Working closely with senior academic leaders—including the Deputy Dean (Research) and Associate Dean (Graduate Research)—you’ll provide expert advice, drive best‑practice processes, and help shape initiatives that strengthen research performance and graduate research excellence. You’ll build strong relationships across schools, departments and central units, ensuring seamless service delivery and high‑quality administrative support. From developing grant pipelines and supporting pre‑award submissions to coordinating governance, policy review, data analysis and reporting, your work will directly contribute to the Faculty’s strategic success.
